As a mental health therapist, I am here to support you on your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself. I am passionate about helping people heal and am committed to supporting you on your journey towards healing, living in purpose and self-empowerment. With easy online scheduling and evening hours available, I am able to provide you convenient and flexible therapy times to accommodate your schedule.
Therapeutic interventions I use in therapy sessions are:

- Internal Family System (IFS)
- Somatic Therapy
- Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR)
- Solution Focused Therapy
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Brainspotting Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
In therapy, you will learn effective ways to cope and restore balance in your life, build on strengths, and create new ways of coping. I strive to help you feel truly understood in a non-judgmental, warm and trusting atmosphere, so you can flourish in every area of your life!
